Your ISP has locked the administration panel. You must use the ONT Maintenance Tool (Method B) to bypass the lock and flash the firmware.
Reboot your router at least once a month to clear cache.

This occurs if the firmware file is corrupted or belongs to a different hardware model. Double-check that you did not accidentally download firmware for the older HG8245H or HG8245Q2 models.
